We are a group of health conscious runners that enjoy training together and maintaining weekly fitness goals and mileage. Personal training goals ranging from couch to 5K, 10K, trail running, half-marathons, marathons, and beyond.
Our group meets weekly for formally organized runs ranging from 5-12 miles with opportunities to add extra miles before or after the group run. Weekly route details/maps and distance are communicated via Email, so please join our Email list on the “contact us” tab. Typically these long runs are supplemented every 2-4 miles with water or Gatorade supplied and set out along the course by our group.
Meeting locations are typically the Cedarburg Community Gym parking lot on Washington Ave. across from the Interurban Trail Bridge where there are public restrooms available year round. Following the run members typically change into clothes and socialize over coffee and or breakfast at Fiddleheads coffee.
