Weekly Update 2.7.19

When did we move to Seattle?

The last few weeks have not been particularly runner friendly weather days with lots of ice, rain, bitter cold, and bad footing.  This might be a great chance to get some cross training in, some yoga, weight training, or to head to an indoor track or treadmill to log your miles.  Like last week I will post the route today, but ,may adjust based on weather, footing and other conditions.  I will monitor the forecast, but please watch our social media feeds on facebook and twitter for the most update information on this weekend’s run.  If there are any major changes or cancelations, the goal is to make those by dinner time so that we can provide ample time for notifying everyone.

Group Run: We will meet at the Community Gym in Cedarburg 7am Saturday morning, and head out on a new route for our group the “Cedarburg Grafton Route.”  You can see the full route if you follow the group run link to our website.  There will be water and Gatorade on the route, but feel free to carry what you need also.

Per usual, hang around after our run for a cup of coffee at Fiddleheads!!!
