Weekly Update August 14th

The dog days of training…

For many of you training for fall or late summer races this is coming up quickly to the time of many many miles, and of course the weather is not always super conducive to the extra miles you are logging preparing for your fall races, so stay with it, and enjoy the journey!!!!

Group Run: We will meet at the Community Gym in Cedarburg 7am Saturday morning, East on the Interurban bike tail on the “Grafton Route.”  You can see the full route if you follow the group run link to our website.  There will be water and gatorade on the route, but feel free to carry what you need also.

We are now on our summer schedule so there will also be a social run each Tuesday evening at 6pm starting at the Cedarburg Community Gym.

As always let us know if we can cheer you on for an upcoming 5k, or triathlon or other race event!!!

Per usual, hang around after our run for a cup of coffee at Fiddleheads after our run Saturday morning!!!
